Pause from the demands of everyday life and reconnect with yourself in a gentle, supportive environment. Through guided conversation, gentle movement, and creative expression, you'll be invited to reflect on your story with curiosity and compassion while connecting with others on a similar journey.
Rooted and Rising offers a gentle, guided space to reconnect with your inner self and your resilience through storytelling, movement, and art.
No experience necessary — just come as you are.
What We Will Do:
- Ground and connect through gentle movement and reflection
- Process your story through guided journaling and conversation
- Express and release through hands-on art-making
