There are some things a daughter will never learn from a classroom, a book or the internet.She may find information everywhere, but there is a kind of wisdom that can only come from a woman who has lived, loved, made mistakes, survived difficult seasons and found the courage to begin again.
A mother carries stories her daughter may have never heard. Stories about the choices she made, the lessons she learnt too late, the prayers that carried her, the heartbreaks that changed her and the strength she discovered along the way.
And sometimes, a daughter carries questions she has never known how to ask.
What do I do when life does not go according to plan? How do I recognise the wrong relationships? How do I protect my heart without becoming hard? How do I become a woman who is confident, wise, kind and unafraid to begin again?
This generation has access to more information than any generation before it, but our daughters still need the voices of the women who came before them. They need honest conversations about faith, friendships, relationships, money, womanhood, self-worth, disappointment, purpose and the courage it takes to build a meaningful life.
Rooted & Blooming is creating room for those conversations.
A quiet day where mothers and daughters can sit together, paint, eat, laugh, ask questions and listen. A day for mothers to speak words of wisdom and blessing over their daughters—and for daughters, including adult daughters, to see their mothers not only as parents, but as women with stories worth hearing.
Because one honest conversation can save a daughter years of painful lessons. One blessing can become a voice she carries for the rest of her life. And one intentional day together can open the door to a deeper, more beautiful relationship.
