Rooted: A Somatic Showdown
Some healing doesn't happen in a talk therapy chair. Some of it lives in your hips, your breath, your voice, the vibration of a bowl singing against your sternum. Rooted was built for that kind of healing.
On May 23rd, we're gathering 20 intentional Black women and femmes for a curated wellness activation designed to ground, release, and align with your body, mind, and spirit.
The experience moves through it all: sound bowl healing to open you up, guided journaling facilitated by a licensed counselor to help you name what you've been carrying, and a full sacral twerk session to shake loose what words can't reach. Every element is rooted in chakra work, community, and the kind of intentional healing that actually sticks.
This is not a boss up women's conference. It's not a content moment. It's not a big room, trying to be intimate. It is 20 people, the right people, chosen because they show up for their healing and bring others along with them.
