🤍 Women's Circle is back starting in October! 🤍Every 3rd Sunday of the month, join Shanah & Tuesday in gentle movement, sacred circle, journaling and creativity all designed to build connection and community for women. Time together will be centered around various topics & may include meditation, journaling, gentle movement, discussion around self care, cultural expectations for women and why it is so vital to develop your own self care tool kit.
No prior experience is needed—just come as you are. Registration is required. Gathered in a shared space of intention, we foster a sense of community that reminds us we are never alone on our journey.
