This 8-week evening yoga series is funded by The Movement Foundation, making it accessible and affordable while providing a safe, culturally mindful space to move, rest, and reset.

✨ About the Series

The Root to Rise Series is an intentionally paced yoga journey designed for all experience levels. Each session builds on the last, offering an interconnected experience that emphasizes:

• Physical and emotional release
• Breath and body awareness
• Rest, reflection, and community connection

Mondays are the perfect way to start your week grounded, refreshed, and supported.

• Rejuvenating accessible yoga flow for releasing tension and opening the heart, hips, and shoulders
• Sound bath to integrate movement and vibration
• Guided journaling and reflection prompts

• Start Date: Monday, March 16, 2026 through Monday May 4,2026
• Time: 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM
• Frequency: Mondays, weekly for 8 weeks

• Single Class: $12
• Full Series Pass (all 8 classes): $80 (Includes manual registration for all sessions; full series is a great way to commit to your practice and enjoy a discounted rate!)
