Root + Restore Workshop: Find Your Calm this Season *Registration deadline: Nov 12, 2026
Autumn brings cooler weather, shifting routines, busier schedules, and often a little more stress. It’s a natural time to slow down, check in with your body, and reset how you care for yourself.
Root + Restore with Rachael Harper is a practical, hands-on workshop to help you feel more grounded, relaxed, and supported as you move through the season and into the holidays. It draws on Ayurveda, a traditional system of seasonal wellness, and makes it simple and practical for everyday life.
We’ll explore simple ways to:
- Calm a busy, overstimulated mind
- Release everyday tension and stress
- Support rest, sleep, and recovery from stress
- Build small daily rituals that help you feel more steady
- Use warm food, drinks, and seasonal choices to support energy and digestion
- Bring simple movement and relaxation into everyday life
We’ll include a short, accessible yoga practice focused on slow, steady movement, mobility, and relaxation. Everything can be modified to meet your needs.
We’ll also explore a simple, calming self-massage practice using warm oil for the hands and feet. This is completely optional, and you’re welcome to simply observe, or participate without the oil.
You’ll leave with a take-home guide and practical tools you can use throughout the fall to feel less stressed and a little more steady day to day.
What to bring (optional):
- Yoga mat + pillow or cushion
- Old towel and a pair of socks (for oil massage)
- Favorite tea mug
- Notebook + pen
*No yoga experience necessary.
