Month 1 of 7. We start at the base of the spine and work up one chakra a month.The root chakra is tied to safety, home, money, belonging, and your right to be here. Common wounds in this chakra: an unstable childhood, neglect, money stress, feeling unwelcome in your own family, or believing you have to earn your place.
This is a 120 minute session. For the first 60 minutes, you’ll learn about the root chakra, feel it in your own body, and start working with it. This builds trust between you and your body. You’ll learn how to do shadow work in this chakra, and each month we add a new way to process through the chakras. The second hour is hands-on work with a real wound in your root.
You go home with:
- Information on all the associations for the root chakra
- A root chakra crystal
- A shadow work journal with instructions
- Shadow work questions for this chakra
- Hands-on experience actively shadow working a wound in your root
- How to tap in psychically to your own root chakra and feel its energy level
- A start on your own lexicon of meanings
