Step away from the noise and settle into stillness with Root & Resonance, a deeply restorative sound bath experience designed to support rest, grounding, and reconnection.
During this immersive session, you’ll be invited to get comfortable and simply receive as you’re surrounded by the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other healing instruments. The layers of sound create space to slow down, soften tension, quiet the mind, and reconnect with yourself.
No yoga or meditation experience is needed. There is nothing you need to do and no right way to experience a sound bath—simply arrive as you are.
What to bring:Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow or bolster, and anything else that will help you feel warm and supported while resting.
