Rooftop Yoga - Sacred Summer Endings
Join us for this beautiful connected yoga and sacred closing refelctions as we say goodbye to summer for another year.
Overlooking the iconic Kings Cross Station - this is not only a class with view, but it's the perfect little sun trap.
Starting the morning well, we'll begin the session with complimentary herbal tea to help centre oursleves. Moving into some gentle yet energising breath-work and meditation to prepare our bodies the for class.
Honouring the sacredness of summer we'll flow gently through our asana 'phsyical practice' as we prepare ourselevs to enter this softer season - less action, more inward reflection.
Slowing down for an extended relaxation and savasana, well come together to set intentions for Autumn, share our gratitude and our lessons from the class and from the vibrant summer season.
**Please bring your own yoga mat, water, socks and warm clothes (for the relaxation) you're also welcome to bring your journal and your favourite mug for the tea.
No experience required.
