Romance Out West 2027
Calling all romance readers! Romance Out West is coming back to Salt Lake City, Utah, on May 22, 2027, and we can’t wait to see you there!
Romance Out West is a romance book signing event featuring authors from all your favorite romance subgenres. Whether you love contemporary, small-town romance, dark romance, fantasy romance, or a little bit of everything, there’s something for everyone!
We’re bringing together both indie and traditionally published authors, along with some amazing vendors, for a day all about books and the romance community. Come meet your favorite authors, get your books signed, find your next read, get a tatto or piercing, shop from bookish vendors, and spend the day hanging out with people who love romance just as much as you do.
We’re still adding authors and vendors to the lineup, so there’s more to come! You can find the current list of attending authors and vendors on our website. Be sure to keep checking back for updates and announcements!

Ticket Options
VIP Admission — $90
VIP tickets get you access to the full day of Romance Out West! You’ll be able to attend the morning session, stick around for the afternoon signing, and enjoy the panels throughout the day. VIP tickets also include a swag bag!
VIP includes:
- Morning session: 9 AM–12 PM
- Afternoon signing session: 1 PM–5 PM
- Access to panels throughout the day
- Swag bag
General Admission — $60
General admission tickets include access to the afternoon signing session from 1 PM to 5 PM. Spend the afternoon meeting authors, getting your books signed, and checking out all the vendors!

Author Panels
We’ll also be hosting four panels throughout the day, with two in the morning and two in the afternoon! We’re still working on the panel lineup and details, so keep an eye on our website and social media for updates.
Tickets & Event Information
Please have your ticket ready when you arrive. You can show it on your phone or bring a printed copy. If you don’t have your ticket with you, you’ll need a valid ID at check-in.
