Rain or Shine - Unless otherwise determined by the specific event promoter, all events are considered rain or shine. No refunds will be given due to inclement weather.

The Maple Grove Lions demonstrates their strong community support by actively contributing to numerous local organizations. Such as sports organizations, scholarships for students, veterans, senior living services, performing arts and community events. The Lions donations and involvement have a wide-reaching and meaningful impact on our community.

What should I bring to the event?

• Cash and/or credit cards for food, drinks, souvenirs and memorabilia.
• A valid ID to purchase alcohol.
• Lawn chairs and/or blankets are permitted in designated areas of the venue.
• No outside coolers, food or beverages are allowed.
• No umbrellas will be permitted during the shows.

Will bags be searched?

• Yes. All bags will be checked upon entry.

Do I need a printed ticket?

• No, mobile tickets are available through the Eventbrite app.

Is parking available?

• Parking is very limited in surrounding neighborhoods.
• Handicap parking is available at Central Park, Transit Station and Library.

• Free parking is available at the Shuttle Bus Stops located at the Maple Grove Transit Station at Arbor Lakes and Maple Grove Library.
• Shuttles will run 3:30pm - 11:00pm.

What is the refund policy?

• Refunds are not available for this event.

Will the concert be canceled if it rains?

• The bands will preform rain or shine, unless there is a severe weather threat.
• All sales are final with 100% of the proceeds benefiting the local Maple Grove Community.

Is my ticket transferrable?

• No.

Is there a minimum age requirement to enter the event?

• This is an All Ages event.
• Must be 21+ with a valid ID to purchase and consume alcohol.

Will we be permitted to leave the venue and return?

• No re-entry

Is photography allowed?

• No professional photography is allowed during this event and no cameras with removable lenses or video equipment are allowed without advanced written permission.

Are pets permitted?

• Service dogs only

Is smoking permitted?

• Tobacco smoking is only in designated areas.
• No cannabis is allowed.
