Rocket Yoga Class
Dynamic, fast-paced yoga based on Ashtanga but with a bit of mustard. A bit more freedom to move, play and progress.
Rocket yoga includes flowing sequences, backbends and arm balances, but with plenty of options, all abilities are welcome. You absolutely do not need to know all the postures or even be able to touch your toes. The focus is enjoying movement with absolutely no judgement. It's about progression, not perfection.
