About Joel DaSilva – Live at Revelry in Pompano Beach
Joel DaSilva was born into a world of music. Raised in Chicago with deep Brazilian roots, his sound is a genre-blending mix of gritty blues, rock & roll, and soulful Southern rhythms. Drawing inspiration from greats like Buddy Guy, Albert King, Muddy Waters, and newer voices like The Black Keys and Tom Petty, DaSilva’s style is all his own — raw, heartfelt, and deeply rooted in tradition.
Often compared to guitar legends like Stevie Ray Vaughan, Joel brings a high-octane blend of swampy grooves and Chicago edge to every stage he plays. From smoky blues clubs to international festivals, he’s captivated crowds with his authentic voice and passionate guitar work.
DaSilva has toured across the globe, lighting up stages at world-renowned events such as the Montreal International Jazz Festival and the San Diego Music and Roots Festival. He’s earned accolades for his fiery stage presence, engaging storytelling, and undeniable talent.
He’s shared stages with iconic acts like The Black Crowes, Jimmie Vaughan, and B.B. King — and now, he’s bringing that same electric energy to Revelry in Downtown Pompano Beach, one of the top live music venues and cocktail bars near Deerfield Beach.
