Hiring Grants
Explore grants managed by RochesterWorks that help reduce the financial strain of hiring new employees. The Work Experience Tryout Grant is designed to allow you to try candidates in a short-term paid work experience and assess whether they are a fit for your business and its culture. While the On-the-Job Training Grant is designed to empower you to hire candidates who are a good fit but require additional hands-on training to develop the skills needed to be successful in the position.
