Roads is Matt Mason's 6th book of poetry and though it isn't officially released until December 29, you can pick up copies tonight as well as hear readings by Mason as well as from:Zedeka Poindexter
Sarah McKinstry-Brown
and Emily Anderson.
The poems in Roads are mainly from Mason's time as Nebraska State Poet, covering Nebraska highways, Covid lockdowns, and events 2019-2024.
In those years, Mason traveled the state with a number of poets, including these three wonderful writers joining tonight.
And will there be a cake with the cover design on it? You better believe there will.
The reading will be in the Joslyn Castle's Carriage House. Signed copies make great Christmas presents!
