We're doing it again! Following the success of our first masterclass, Roadmap to Salon Success is returning in 2027, a day curated specifically for salon owners. Whether you're joining us for the first time or coming back for round two, there's a seat at the table for you.

I've spent over two decades in this industry. I've had seasons of growth that felt electric, and seasons that brought me to my knees. And through all of it, the thing I wished I had most wasn't another business book or online course. It was a room full of people who actually got it. Another salon owner I respected sitting across from me, willing to tell me the truth, open up about the inner workings of their business, challenge my thinking, and remind me I wasn't alone in this.

About Your Host
Sherri Belanger is the owner and founder of Belle Sirène Salon in La Jolla, a Top 200 salon in the United States, consistently named Best Salon in San Diego, and home to a team of 35. With over two decades in the industry across San Diego and Los Angeles, she has built a multi-million-dollar brand rooted in culture, intentional leadership, and hospitality. Though she still works part-time behind the chair (because she loves it, not because her business relies on it), her primary focus today is her team, her brand, and sharing what she's learned with owners who are ready for more. For this live event, alongside Sherri will be her salon manager of 5 years, Kelli, giving even deeper insight and broadening the conversation into salon leadership.
