RMT Year 1 Workshop: Build Confidence in Practice

Starting your career as a Registered Massage Therapist comes with plenty of learning beyond the classroom. Join us for another RMT Year 1 Workshop, designed for upcoming graduates and RMTs in the early stages of their careers who want to build confidence, strengthen their clinical approach, and learn from experienced practitioners.
Hosted by Carolyn, Urvai, Jose, and Rex, this interactive session will combine practical learning, discussion, and insights you can apply as you develop your practice.
During the workshop, we'll explore:
- Practical strategies to build confidence as a new RMT
- Clinical and hands-on insights you can bring into your treatments
- Ways to communicate effectively and create a positive patient experience
- Tips for building strong patient relationships and improving retention
- Strategies for protecting your body and creating a sustainable career in massage therapy
- Real-world advice and perspectives from experienced Axis practitioners
There will also be an opportunity to connect with the Axis team and fellow RMTs, ask questions, exchange ideas, and learn from others navigating the early stages of their careers.
Whether you joined us previously or missed the last RMT Year 1 session, this is another opportunity to sharpen your skills, make connections, and take away practical tools for your career.
