Dear Universe Apothecary invites you to RIZING RHYTHM: An Intimate Cacao & Drum Circle, a deeply intentional two-hour experience facilitated by Ginger of Spirit Rizing – Bodywork & Energetics.
This isn't about knowing how to meditate.
You don't need to know how to drum.
And you certainly don't need to arrive having everything figured out.
Just come as you are.
🌿 An Evening to Return to Your Rhythm
We'll gather in an intimate circle of only eight participants, creating space to be present without getting lost in a crowd.
Together, we'll move through an intentionally guided experience incorporating:

🌿 Guided Meditation
✨ Intuitive Energy Work
💜 Release, Reflection & Reconnection
As the evening unfolds, Ginger will intuitively guide the energy of the circle, incorporating primarily hands-off energetic work. Hands-on work may be offered if Ginger feels called to work directly with an individual.
Participation is always yours to navigate at your own comfort level.
🥁 You Don't Need to Bring a Drum
Drums will be available for participants to use.
Have a drum you already love?
You're welcome to bring it with you.
No drumming experience is necessary. This isn't about performing or keeping perfect rhythm.
It's about feeling it.
Allowing rhythm, sound and shared presence to create space for grounding, expression and connection.
☕ Cacao
Ginger will prepare and provide the cacao for our gathering.
We'll share cacao together as part of the intentional experience before moving deeper into meditation, rhythm and energetic exploration.

Ginger | Spirit Rizing – Bodywork & Energetics
Ginger's work brings together bodywork, energetic practices and intuitive spiritual guidance. Her practice describes her as an LMT, Reiki Master, PTSD Specialist, Medium and Spiritual Mentor, with an approach centered around mind, body and spirit. Spirit Rizing
For RIZING RHYTHM, Ginger will hold and intuitively facilitate the circle through cacao, meditation, rhythm and energetic work.

💜 Why Only Eight People?
Because intimacy is part of the experience.
This circle is intentionally limited to eight participants so there is room for presence, connection, reflection and a little breathing space.
No giant room.
No getting lost in a crowd.
Just eight people sharing an intentional evening together.
🌿 What to Bring
Bring water and, if you'd like, a journal for anything you want to capture before or after the experience.
Dear Universe will have chairs and mats available, so you can choose whichever feels most comfortable.
You are also welcome to bring your own drum.
Most importantly:
Come with an open heart.
Come with your own intention.
Come ready to slow down, reconnect and Rize.
