Rize + Make Baking Classes

Rize + Make is a hands-on baking series for youth ages 16–20 that introduces participants to the fundamentals of baking in a real working kitchen alongside Chef Z of Rize Up Bakery and industry professionals. Through guided instruction, youth will learn techniques such as mixing, shaping, and working with dough while building confidence, creativity, and comfort in the kitchen. The goal of the program is to give young people meaningful exposure to the culinary world so they can explore their interests, develop practical skills, and discover whether pursuing a career in baking or the kitchen is a path they’d like to follow.
