Spend a peaceful weekend (Friday evening-Sunday afternoon) indulging in yoga (hatha flow, restorative, yin and myofascial release using massage balls), walking meditation, sound baths and uplifting workshops in the tranquil riverside setting of Mannum - with free time to discover the historical town, go bird watching or hire a kayak to explore the river.Staying in the Pumphouse Bunkhouse in Mannum Caravan Park, options include basic accommodation in a private room or twin share.
Breakfast will be provided, and each person will be asked to bring one vegetarian or vegan meal to share. If you have any special dietary requirements or preferences, please contact to see if this can be accommodated, or you may bring or prepare your own meals.
Mannum is located approximately one and a half hours drive from Adelaide. Carpooling is encouraged. Please advise if you can offer a lift in your car or if you would like a lift.
