An evening of Kirtan and Channeled Healing for the Nervous SystemJoin Gratia and Kahreela for a beautiful evening of Kirtan and channelled light chamber healing to celebrate, reinvigorate and regenerate your heart and nervous system, after the Venus retrograde.
The 40-day Venus retrograde will have just completed. This planetary transit often brings up our deepest insecurities, in order for these insecurities to be purged. It is a very intense transit, where you feel like you are living self love in reverse and your inner confidence has regressed . This evening is a sacred ceremony to honour the end of this transit.
We will be held in a Chamber of Light, which is incredible technology for nervous system healing, and taken through energetic practises and meditations, to bring us back into the warm glow of real confidence and self assurance. The whole evening is dedicated to recalibration of the nervous system, so that we can feel our inner love flowing freely again.
The practises will be woven with Kirtan songs that return us to softness, the blessed state of inner awareness. This is a glorious opportunity to bathe in songs and frequencies of love and allow the lessons of the last couple of months to integrate.
The channeled meditations will take you on a journey through your nervous system that invites regulation to bring you back to centre, gentle warming to melt away any patterns that make you feel stuck, and stimulations of the Sensations of Self-Love, to bring you back into the flow state and vibrate you back into resonance with who you truly are.
This evening will be a journey of going from deep and gentle internal practises, to the the joyful external release of sacred singing, allowing the whole heart system to be flushed and soothed and the nervous system to become rivers of love. We will end with a meditation with Venus to get clarity and completion on our personal Venus retrograde lessons.
