Hey River Mill Parents and Caregivers!Heather and Rachel are excited to organize the Fall River Mill Toy Swap and Giveaway This is a great opportunity to get gently used toys for free and clean out your play room. You can bring toys to exchange if you have them, but are also welcome to attend and take items even if you don’t have anything to swap.
On November 10th, put the kids to bed and join us for an adults-only gathering at the Connexion -- bring a drink, hang with your neighbors, and get some toys and books your kids are ready for. We will begin setup around 7:30 or so and aim to start the swap by 8 pm. Please plan to arrive by 8 pm if possible.
Who can join the toy swap!?
- Any resident looking to clean out their house from toys their kids no longer play with
- Any resident looking for toys, books or games that are appropriate for the next age for your kiddos or children you care for—EVEN IF YOU DON’T HAVE ANYTHING TO GIVE.
- Any resident that wants to do a little sustainable shopping, trading and swapping gently used items with no money exchanged.
Note: No clothing please, unless it’s costumes/dress up items.
Any leftover items will be delivered to a local charity to support local families in need.
