About this Event

Join Us for Rituals of Embodiment!

This workshop will be held at BAX in Studio D and is sponsored by Soma Sensation Studio & Live Collective.

Somatics explores the connection between body and mind through embodied practices that deepen awareness, presence, and connection in artistic practices and everyday life.

Through guided meditation, movement, and shared reflection, we gather to reconnect with ourselves, one another, and our creative aliveness. Together, we create space to honor the body as a source of wisdom, expression, and collective care

In this workshop we will be sharing basic somatic terminologies, ease into a body scan meditation, and guided movement practice that centers the pelvis.

Whether you're new to somatic practices or looking to deepen your understanding, this workshop is perfect for all levels.

Join us on Saturday, November 7, 2026.

While we offer this workshop for free, if you'd like to show financial appreciation, please see the FAQ section for more details.

Please be aware that this building space is not wheel-chair accessible.

If you have any questions about accessbility needs or have other concerns, comments, or questions, please email [email protected] or DM on IG: @somasensationstudio.
