Ritual brings Dobbö to the Gregson’s Olive Bar for an intimate night of groove-led jazz fusion.Dobbö is the project of multi-instrumentalist and producer Isaac Dobson, whose music blends early funk and jazz-fusion with a contemporary edge. Drawing comparisons with artists including Herbie Hancock, Kiefer and Bob James, his live sound is playful, rhythmic and built around musicianship without losing sight of a great groove.
Following appearances including Lancaster Jazz Festival’s Ignite Showcase and Manchester’s Matt & Phred’s, Dobbö heads to Lancaster as part of a short November run.
The show is presented by Ritual, an independent live music promoter bringing exciting original artists to audiences across Cumbria and Lancashire. Support will be announced separately.
