Rising Voice of the Sacred Woman is an intimate one-day retreat inviting you to step away from the noise of everyday life and journey inward—to listen, remember and begin expressing more fully the woman you truly are.
This is not simply about learning to speak.
It is about unlocking the voice within.
It is about finding the courage to express your truth, creativity, wisdom and authentic presence in the world while remaining deeply connected to your heart and body.
Throughout our day together, I will gently guide you through sacred teachings and experiences designed to open new doorways into your own Rising Voice.
We will explore the wisdom held within the throat chakra and its relationship with the heart, discovering where your voice may have been silenced, restrained or waiting for permission to be expressed.
Through sacred feminine teachings, journalling, art, music, dance, creative expression and embodied practices, you will be invited to explore your voice in ways that go beyond words.
There will also be spaciousness.
Time to rest.
Time to surrender.
Time to receive.
Time simply to be.
And perhaps, within that quiet, to hear something within yourself that has been waiting a very long time to be heard.
