- Access to our wood-burning saunas, hot tub, and cold plunge tubs.
- An outdoor seating area by the fire
- Access to our main retreat home to change, leave your belongings, and shower.
- An indoor shower with a refreshing salt scrub.
- Fresh spring water to refill your bottle with lemons & salt for extra hydration.
- A selection of fresh fruit.

WHAT TO EXPECT
This is a self-guided, shared spa experience, with up to 15 guests per session. Move between the amenities at your own pace, allowing space and taking turns with other guests.
This is a social evening that can be as interactive or as quiet as you would like. The atmosphere will vary depending on the group attending, and conversation is welcome.
Your ticket does not reserve a private sauna or tub exclusively. If you would prefer a private event, please contact us to discuss a private booking.
WHAT TO BRING
- A swimsuit.
- Your own towel.
- A refillable water bottle.
- Footwear suitable for outdoor walking and the weather conditions.
- Warm layers for moving between amenities and relaxing outside.
A robe and an extra towel are also helpful for added comfort.
AGE REQUIREMENTS & PROPERTY RULES
Guests must be 12 years of age or older.
Alcohol and cannabis must not be consumed before or during the event. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on the property.
BOOKING CHANGES & WEATHER CANCELLATIONS
Please plan to arrive on time. Late arrivals do not extend your session, and no refunds are provided for late arrivals or same-day cancellations.
If you cannot attend your booked session, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate a ticket transfer, but transfers are not guaranteed.

WAIVERS
After purchasing your ticket, you will receive an email with waiver details. Please ensure a completed waiver is signed and returned for every guest in your group before attending.
OUTDOOR CONDITIONS & ARRIVAL
Our spa amenities are outdoors, with access to the main retreat home for changing and showering. Please dress for the forecast and expect to walk outside between amenities.
Rising Moon is a natural acreage property. Pathways and outdoor surfaces may be uneven, wet, muddy, snowy, or icy. Please wear appropriate footwear and move carefully throughout your visit.
We make every effort to maintain our driveway, but snow can affect driving conditions. Vehicle recovery assistance is not guaranteed; any towing or recovery arrangements and costs remain the vehicle owner’s responsibility.
