Rise2040: Preparing Finance Professionals for the Future

The AICPA & CIMA Rise2040 initiative sets out a bold vision for the future of the accounting and finance profession. Exploring key themes including technology and data, value and sustainability, talent and workforce, trust and assurance, and global shifts and society, it examines how the profession can adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing world. The initiative also identifies five strategic plays to help shape that future: building an AI-enabled profession, transforming value models, reinventing the workforce, expanding trust and assurance services, and repositioning the profession for greater impact and relevance.

We will be joined by CIMA Deputy President, Dr Matthew Hansard FCMA, CGMA, CPA (Aust.), for an in-depth look at the Rise2040 initiative and what it means for accounting and finance professionals today and in the years ahead.
