Join women and allies from across the AV industry for career insights, honest conversations and networking. Everyone is welcome!
We’re bringing AV professionals together in Hong Kong for an afternoon of honest conversations, career advice and, most importantly, making new connections.
Whether you’re a Rise AV mentor, mentee, or simply someone who wants to meet more women working in AV, this event is for you, wherever you’re based!
Men and male allies are very welcome too. Supporting women’s career development is something we can all play a part in.
And don’t worry if you don’t speak Cantonese! Although our panel discussion will be conducted in Cantonese, real-time translation will be available on your mobile phone, so language doesn’t have to be a barrier to joining the conversation.

Applications for our 2027 Mentoring Programme open in December, with the programme beginning in May 2027. This is a great opportunity to learn more before applications open.
