Ready to spark change and boost your vibe? Join us for RISE & THRIVE, a Saturday morning reset to move, connect, and nourish together in the Yard at in North Naples.

Here's what's in store: a Welcome Juice Shot, a 45-minute Movement Class, and a Smoothie Social to wrap it all up.

RISE & THRIVE is our new weekly series, every Saturday morning, featuring a rotating lineup of instructors, fitness coaches, and health & wellness vendors — so keep checking back for what's next.

Here's how it works:

8:00 AM — Gather
Check in and start with a welcome juice shot, straight from our organic juice bar. This is also where you can drop your info for the weekly prize drawing (see below — no ticket purchase required to enter).

8:30 AM — Move
A 45-minute class led by a rotating local instructor. We mix it up week to week: yoga, HIIT, Pilates, and mobility work, so it never gets stale and there's something for every fitness level.

TORCH Hot Yoga is a boutique infrared-heated yoga and fitness studio in Naples’ Bayshore Arts District. Founded by Toni Johns, TORCH offers Hot Power Vinyasa, Bikram, Yoga Sculpt, Pilates, HIIT and more—all in an energetic, welcoming environment. More than a workout, TORCH is a community built around movement, strength and wellness.

9:15 AM — Nourish
Wind down with our Smoothie Social — a selection of special fresh, organic smoothies made right in front of you, plus a rotating local wellness vendor bringing samples and products worth discovering.

Weekly Prize Drawing
Every week we give away a prize donated by our featured wellness vendor. Entry is free and open to everyone at the event — no purchase necessary. Sign up at the welcome table when you arrive. Winner announced live at the Smoothie Social.
