About this Event
Join us! Rise & Roar returns… this time under the New Moon in Libra. The new moon is a natural time to set intentions, rebalance, and begin again.
We’ll spend two hours moving and then resting into sound. We’ll begin with Rise Ecstatic Dance — a space to move freely, shake loose what’s ready to release, and rise into your fire. “Ecstatic Dance” just means unscripted, judgement-free movement. Give your body the freedom of moving and “dancing like no one is watching”.
Our theme is “journeying through the jungle” and we will have “jungle” inspired music tracks with live sound woven in.
Move, release, rise — then descend into relaxation with sound!
Cost: Donation based (suggested donation $22-44).
