RISE & ALIGN IS BACK, JANUARY 2027!We're starting 2027 with intention, alignment and purpose💫
On Saturday 9th January, Rise & Align returns to Enfield for four beautiful hours dedicated to YOU!
giving you space to slow down, reconnect, release what you no longer wish to carry torward and become intentional about the energy you want to create for the year ahead🌿
This isn't just about making New Year's resolutions. It's about getting clear on how you want to feel, what you want to welcome into your life and what your heart truly desires💫
Through breathwork, meditation, intention setting, manifestation, hands on Reiki or Rahanni healing, aura and chakra cleansing, sound healing, journalling and oracle guidance, we'll create the space for you to:
✨Release stagnant energy and make room for something new
✨Calm your mind and reconnect with yourself
✨Set meaningful intentions for 2027
Get clear on what you truly want to manifest
✨Bring your energy into alignment with those intentions
✨Experience deep relaxation and energetic balance. Reflect, reset and begin the year feeling renewed
✨Give yourself permission to put you first
And of course, we'll finish with a beautiful immersive sound bath, allowing you to simply lie back, receive and integrate everything from the day.
There'll also be, light snacks and a wellbeing gift for you to take home.

I intentionally keep Rise & Align small and intimate. I want everyone who walks through the door to feel seen, supported and able to fully immerse themselves in the experience, so spaces really are limited.
If something inside you is saying, "I need this," listen to it!
Come and start 2027 aligned with the energy you want to create, setting your intentions and manifesting your heart's desires for the year ahead.
Limited spaces, book your place before they're gone as they will go quickly
