Riot is a hip hop inspired dance fitness format built around confidence, community, and letting go of perfection. You’ll dance hard, sweat harder, and leave feeling powerful, seen, and wildly alive. No choreography experience needed. Just show up exactly as you are.
Feral Friday is where we shake off the week, move loud, move free, and remember who the hell we are.
This class is led by Brooke Oaks, co-creator of Riot Dance Fitness. Riot has been growing fast across Utah and beyond, and this is one of the first chances Utah County gets to experience it.
Expect big energy, inclusive vibes, and a room full of people who cheer loudly for each other. If you’ve ever wanted a workout that feels more like therapy and a party had a baby, this is it.
