Registration and networking begins at 8:30 a.m.
Programming begins at 9:00 a.m.
A catered lunch will be provided, with a suggested donation of $10 to help us offset expenses. Send your donation via Venmo to @LauraPaulsThomas in advance or drop cash in a jar at the event.

Plenary and breakout sessions* include:
- OPENING PLENARY: The State of Active Transportation in Lancaster County, featuring speakers from the City of Lancaster and Manheim Township
- Family Biking 101 and Bike Bus Incubator, featuring local families who get around by cargo bike and local nonprofits who are partnering to increase bike education in schools. Come ready to organize to build Bike Bus at schools in Lancaster County!
- Walk Audits 101, featuring local volunteers with Lancaster Downtowners who have received an AARP Spark Grant to conduct walk audits in Lancaster City to make walking safer for people age 55+. (Plus, sign up for an optional post-conference activity to do a walk audit!)
- Level Up Your Advocacy, featuring stories and tips from Lancaster local safe streets advocate Carl Feldman and statewide advocate Sam Pearson from the PA WalkWorks program of the PA Downtown Center and the NEW Coalition for Active Mobility in Pennsylvania (CAMP)
- Transit in Lancaster County: Past, Present, and Future, featuring speakers from Red Rose Transit Authority and Transit For All PA!
- Safe Streets, Safe Systems: e-Micromobility Roundtable, featuring perspectives from the City of Lancaster, PennDOT, emergency medical personnel, policymakers, and other local leaders
- Mobile Workshop (weather-dependent): Experience the joy of an all-ages group bike ride through Lancaster City's bike infrastructure. If you have a cargo bike, bring it! Led by a local bike expert, this ride will stop by our caterer's location to pick up lunch and bring it back to our event venue.
- CLOSING PLENARY: Facilitators from Ride, Roll & Stroll Lancaster will lead a time of reflecting on highlights and key insights from the day and finding your personal "call to action" to improve walking, bicycling, and transit in Lancaster County!
- OPTIONAL POST-CONFERENCE ACTIVITY: Participate in an AARP Walk Audit facilitated by volunteers from Lancaster Downtowners.
