About this Event
The RICS in Germany Sustainability Conference will bring together members, candidates and senior market stakeholders to examine how sustainability, regulation and climate risk are changing decision-making across the German real estate market. Hosted by DLA Piper in Frankfurt, the event will focus on the practical implications of the EPBD, renovation obligations, energy costs, refurbishment economics and the relationship between energy efficiency and real estate value.
The programme will also address climate-risk identification, resilience measures, insurability and the extent to which these factors are becoming part of valuation, investment and asset-management practice. It is intended to provide a practical, market-facing discussion rather than a purely technical training session.
A key output will be a post-event white paper or thought-leadership summary capturing the main insights and market implications. The conference will also support the identification and engagement of prospective members, strategic stakeholders and potential future partners in Germany and the wider DACH region.
