The valuation profession is evolving in response to changing market dynamics, increasing data requirements, sustainability considerations and growing expectations around transparency and consistency. The RICS Belgium Valuation Conference 2026, organized in partnership with , and will bring together valuation professionals, real estate experts, lenders, investors and industry stakeholders to explore the issues shaping the future of valuation practice in Belgium.
The conference will open with a keynote from, Chair of the International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC), who will discuss the relevance of international valuation standards for the Belgian market and the role of professional standards in supporting confidence, consistency and market transparency.
