About this Event
Ricotta is a staple ingredient that you can make at home without special equipment or seemingly overwhelming technique. With your ricotta cheese, you can create delicious appetizers, desserts and dumplings. In this class, we’ll make a fresh batch of ricotta along with pillowy gnocchi and a seasonal sauce to enjoy together.
On the menu is Napa Valley Farmers Market inspired Salad, Ricotta and Spinach Gnocchi with Pomodoro Sauce and Salted Whey Caramel Cookies.
PLAYTE Kitchen in-person cooking classes are approximately 3 hours in length (2 hours in the kitchen and an hour to enjoy the food you’ve prepared. All guests will be provided kitchen towels, aprons, a class recipe packet to take home, and plenty of foodie fun along the way. A confirmation email will be sent upon ticket purchase will all the info you’ll need to know prior to arriving for your class.
