The Richmond Regional Neuro Divergent Adult Support Group is a community based, neurodiversity affirming space for autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, and otherwise neurodivergent adults seeking connection and understanding. Many of our members are late identified, high masking, or navigating life transitions where support and community are especially important. Our gatherings are low pressure and conversation based. We focus on:
• Building authentic connection
• Sharing lived experiences and strategies
• Reducing isolation
• Supporting one another through challenges
• Celebrating neurodivergent strengths and identities
There is no cost to participate, and no formal diagnosis is required. All neurodivergent adults are welcome, including those exploring their identity or unsure where they fit.
We meet regularly in the Richmond area, and newcomers are always welcome.
