VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!
Friends!!! It's that time of year again, and we are here to do the heavy lifting at your table. Many of you are familiar with the process but here are some key details of how it all goes down.
- This eventbrite ticket will go towards the FINAL PRICE of your brisket you reserve. THIS IS NOT THE FINAL PRICE. As we serve our briskets on our first come basis, and weight varies between brisket, we recommend coming as close to 11 am as possible to guarantee a size that fits your needs.
- The briskets are chilled and wrapped tightly, ready for you to reheat in your oven on the big day. Please allow 3-4 hours of oven time to reheat your brisket properly.
- Pick up will be at our Maple Village store, located at 245 N. Maple Rd, in Maple Village Shopping Center from 11am-2pm on 11/25/26, THE DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING
- The price of our brisket is $34/per pound. Most fall somewhere between 6-8 pounds, with a few on the outside of that spectrum. Heres a quick break down on pricing for a 7 pound brisket.
- 7 pound brisket: $238, minus the $75 eventbrite ticket, total due at pick up is $163 + tax.
- We are unable to process any refunds for the eventbrite ticket, please let us know as soon as you do if you cannot make the reservation for pick up and we will do our best to accomodate, but no promises.
