Please join us, along with your elected officials and members of the community, for a Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony to help celebrate expanded services at Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center in Slidell. The ribbon-cutting event is to celebrate a significant milestone as the Slidell Cancer Center transitions from a part-time clinic to a full-service cancer treatment center serving patients five days a week. The expanded location now offers comprehensive oncology services, including medical oncology, laboratory services and infusion therapy, providing patients with greater access to coordinated, high-quality cancer care close to home. As part of the expansion, the facility has also undergone renovations designed to enhance the patient experience by creating a more comfortable, welcoming and efficient environment for those receiving care.
There will be light refreshments and giveaways, along with a short program and guided tours
