The Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland (RIAS) are pleased to be joined by the Institution of Structural Engineers (IStructE) Scotland Regional Group for the upcoming breakfast seminar due to take place at RIAS Office, 15 Rutland Square, Edinburgh, EH1 2BE.
Keynote presentation:
“SER Certification Scheme - Why Wouldn’t We Use it?”

A chance to meet and network with architects and engineers at all stages of their career, our first speaker Mark Lawler will look at SER Certification, the benefits to Clients, Architects, Engineers and the wider construction industry. The question shouldn’t be ‘why would we use it?’ The question should be ‘Why wouldn’t we use it!?’ Our second speaker, Michael Kilpatrick, will then cover the Certification Process - breaking down the Process into what is needed, and how to incorporate it into the project.
The event will conclude with a Q&A discussion Chaired by RIAS Head of Practice, Zoe Black.
