This is a BISO (Body in Soul) conscious movement experience: an invitation into rhythm, breath, repetition, and presence. It’s not about choreography or performance, but about listening to the body and letting movement arise naturally, again and again.
We’ll explore repetition as meditation, movement as expression, and the body as a doorway: with space for release, creativity, sensation, and rest. There’s a gentle ritual quality to the work, held in a grounded, welcoming container.
Cathy has been an international guiding conscious movement and embodied meditation for decades, and her teaching is both spacious and deeply human. She has been an incredible teacher on my own conscious movement journey and I’m honored to be co-organizing this container.
No movement experience needed. All bodies welcome.
