Join us for Rhythm of Gratitude, a drum circle to ground yourself before the holiday season begins. As the year winds down and the holidays approach, it's easy to feel pulled in a dozen directions. This gathering is your chance to slow down, come back to your body, and reconnect with what matters.
Through the steady heartbeat of the drum, we'll release tension, cultivate gratitude, and find a sense of calm that carries you into the busy weeks ahead.
No experience is needed.
Drums will be provided, and you're welcome to bring your own drum or extra drums to share.
Come as you are, and leave feeling grounded, open and renewed.
