About this Event
Join Sankofa Travels with Kofi for Rhythm & Roots: A Sankofa Scholars Fundraiser, an afternoon of music, culture, food, and community supporting young people in Petersburg.
Celebrate with keynote speaker Moe Flowz, a TAPA performance, and an AfroHouse Jazz experience featuring DJ True Poet, Johnniel on saxophone, and Levi on flute. Enjoy food by Griffin Lounge and bid on silent auction items while supporting a meaningful cause.
Proceeds benefit the Sankofa Scholars Program, connecting Petersburg high school students with their heritage through cultural education, leadership development, community projects, and exchange with peers in Ghana.
