Rhythm & Resonance is an invitation to embrace that slower rhythm through an evening of gentle movement, deep rest, and intentional self-care.
Presented in collaboration by Balanced Souls - Soulutions for Authentic Living and Prana Yoga & Wellness YYC, this thoughtfully curated experience blends gentle yoga, restorative Yoga Nidra, and an immersive sound bath to help you unwind, reconnect, and create space for renewal.
Whether you're feeling mentally overwhelmed, physically exhausted, or simply craving a moment to pause, this evening offers a welcoming space to breathe deeply, move mindfully, and settle into stillness. No previous experience is necessary, only a willingness to arrive exactly as you are.
This experience is open to all levels, and modifications will be offered throughout to help you feel comfortable and supported.
