The Beatles' Liverpool Tour for Revolver at 60
* Meet Ed Glinert, veteran music journalist and local historian, at the Ken Dodd-Bessie Braddock for a 5.30pm start.
Revolver was the Beatles album that shocked the world. Mop-toppery and yeah-yeahs replaced by tear-jerking cellos and the saddest of stories amongst foot-stompers, punchy brass, a touch of sitar and a finale that presaged the new psychedelia. Love you to.
