Two musical worlds share one stage. Traditional songs from Indigenous North America — drum, flute, voices, and dance — meet the music of European immigrant communities of the Revolutionary era, sung by vocal quartet with banjo and fiddle. The pieces are paired by theme: battle, mourning, community, refuge. Seating is first-come, first-served. Saturday performance at Murray Park will be outdoors in a covered pavilion with picnic table seating and space for camp chairs if patrons want to bring their own seating. Please feel free to bring a picnic!
