During my time in Arizona, I’ve been reconnecting with my own practice, returning to the roots of my breathwork guidance, and deepening my learning alongside mentors trained directly under Stan Grof. This time of reconnection is inspiring a refreshed and uniquely different experience for those who have journeyed with me before.
This offering will provide a longer, more immersive breathwork journey, drawing upon the foundations of my facilitation, the energy I bring to this work, and the continued learning shaping this next chapter.
This isn't about reaching a destination, achieving an outcome, or becoming something more. It's about creating space to meet yourself where you are, listen more deeply, and allow your own experience to unfold.
