At The Healing Hub, we’re so honoured to be hosting Beck in our space for the very first time and to welcome her beautiful wisdom, presence and magic through her Returning to Self Ceremony.
This two-hour immersion is an invitation to step away from the outside world, slow down and come within. Beck will gently guide you through a nurturing cacao ceremony and gentle breath-work, creating space to breathe, soften and reconnect with yourself, before moving into a beautiful sound journey to finish the experience.
A space to pause, A space to breathe, A space to receive.
A space to simply come home to yourself.
A Little about Beck if your new to her work!
Beck Hall is a facilitator, teacher and space holder devoted to creating experiences that bring people back into connection with themselves. With many years immersed in yoga, breath-work, cacao, sound and retreat facilitation, Beck brings together practices that support us to slow down, soften, reconnect with the body and create space to simply receive.
Through her own businesses, Spirit Cacao and Spirit Yin, along with her work as a Senior Facilitator and Program Leader with Spirit Breathwork and her involvement in the leadership of Spirit Sound Academy, Beck facilitates ceremonies, trainings, retreats and transformational experiences across Australia.
At the heart of Beck’s work is connection — to breath, body, community and self. Her approach is warm, intuitive and embodied, creating spaces that feel grounded, safe, nurturing and deeply human.
Through cacao, gentle breath-work, yin, meditation and sound, Beck invites you to step away from the noise of everyday life, breathe deeply and return to what is already within you.
