Through psychedelic breathwork and yin yoga, you’ll be guided through a powerful journey of release, reconnection, and restoration. Together, these practices help quiet the mind, move stored emotion and tension, and create space for deeper clarity, presence, and peace.
Psychedelic breathwork uses intentional breathing patterns to shift your state of consciousness, allowing emotions, insights, and stagnant energy to surface and integrate. Yin yoga supports this process through long-held, grounding postures that encourage stillness, surrender, and nervous system regulation.
This workshop is an opportunity to soften old patterns, reconnect with yourself, and remember that peace, safety, and wholeness already live within you.

ABOUT THE FACILITATORS
Juliana Trujillo is a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist and RYT who guides students into deeper connection with the multidimensional quantum field through the body, breath, and embodied practice. Her work bridges science, spirituality, and somatics — honoring fascia as an intelligent web that links us to both our inner landscape and the greater field of consciousness.
Sophia Waller is a breathwork facilitator passionate about creating safe, supportive spaces for people to reconnect with themselves. Trained in conscious connected breathwork and trauma-informed somatic practices, her approach is gentle, intuitive, and deeply supportive — allowing each person to explore at their own pace while feeling seen, held, and safe.
Important exclusions: This practice is not suitable for those who are pregnant or have a history of epilepsy, seizures, stroke, glaucoma, detached retina, or unmedicated high blood pressure.
