On Sunday, October 25, at 5 pm, we will hold a memorial event as part of a worldwide action "Returning the Names" https://october29.live/?lang=en #возвращениеимен.We will gather to read aloud the names of victims of Soviet-era repression.
Everyone is welcome to join us, and everyone is welcome also to commemorate their own ancestors or other people whose memory they wish to honour.
A video recording of the event will be submitted to the international "Returning the Names" project for broadcast. On October 29, it will be featured in a livestream bringing together participants from different countries.
You can read the names in any language. We have already prepared cards in English, German, and Russian, but we warmly welcome readings in other languages, too.
Join us to honour the victims and keep their names alive.
